Expected Project Outcomes Through this Public-Private Partnership with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation and the Health Department, the project aims to: 1.Deliver high-quality healthcare services in accordance with EPHS standards. 2.Improve access to affordable healthcare for underserved communities. 3.Strengthen clinical and diagnostic services. 4.Enhance patient safety and quality of care. 5.Improve hospital infrastructure, maintenance and operational efficiency. 6.Recruit, develop and retain qualified healthcare professionals. 7.Implement transparent monitoring, evaluation and accountability systems. 8.Strengthen emergency preparedness and disaster response. 9.Introduce innovative healthcare management practices. 10.Build sustainable, efficient and patient-centered public hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
